The Twain armchair brings together sustainability, practicality, and natural materials, combining solid beech wood, leather, and tactile textiles. Its frame consists of interlocking spindles held in tension by a strap and ratchet, complemented by leather strap armrests and a tilting backrest that adjusts dynamically to the sitter’s posture. The collaborative version with designer Hella Jongerius features draped textile covers adorned with custom-designed patterns. The collection is further enriched by a matching footrest built on the same structural principles for enhanced relaxation.
