The POP collection for Kartell was designed by Piero Lissoni. Pop is based on a unified design concept, always composed of a backrest, seat, armrests (made of transparent polycarbonate) and cushions. Pop challenges the prejudice of plastic being rigid, presenting itself as a comfortable upholstered seating system and armchair capable of withstanding heavy use. It is not content to stay indoors—it is ready to move outside. Thus, “Pop Outdoor” was created, featuring colourfast fabric that is resistant to water, dirt and UV rays, ensuring it will not fade. The cover is removable, washable, easy to maintain and mould-resistant. This Monoblock version is upholstered in Hero or Monoblock fabric, which is 100% recyclable and extremely durable
