M.a.s.s.a.s. Armchair

Blunt, block-like forms appear rounded and softened, as if shaped by an imaginary blade. Geometric order gives way to sweeping contours and unexpected lines that trace each volume’s silhouette. Surfaces are punctuated by distinctive stitching—sometimes prominent, like visible tacking, and other times subtly vanishing into the fabric. The outer form seems detached from the inner structure, emphasizing a sculptural tension between shape and substance.

M.A.S.S.A.S. is a modular collection—including sofa, armchair, and chair—where each component possesses its own expressive identity, both functional and artistic.

Seating is crafted with flame-retardant polyurethane foam in varying densities, layered with polyester fiber over a wooden frame. The backrests and armrests feature injected flame-retardant polyurethane foam over an internal steel frame. All covers in the M.A.S.S.A.S. collection are removable. Fabric options are bonded with polyester fiberfill and polyurethane to provide the cover with unique structure and support.
