Little Albert

A continuous flow of curving lines—Little Albert feels like a drawing made without ever lifting the pencil from the paper. Originally inspired by the shape of a doughnut, the design was compressed, reshaped, and infused with Ron Arad’s signature irony to transcend conventional industrial design.

The result is a sculptural armchair that merges expressive form with technical precision. Upholstered padding fits the fibreglass shell like a tailored skin, creating perfect harmony between structure and surface. The uninterrupted curves are both soft and strong, and the fabric extends the chair’s presence into the surrounding space—enhancing its material impact without disturbing its elegant fluidity.
