From October 8 to 12, 2025, our showroom in Holport will come alive again for the biggest Czech design celebration—Designblok International Festival. This year's theme is COURAGE. At Konsept, we will welcome international guests whose work is bold, innovative, and—like their creations—courageous.
Spanish designer and architect Patricia Urquiola, who works in Milan and is known for her unmistakable creative style, has accepted our invitation. She has brought a completely new, intuitive language, innovative materials, and cultural overlaps to the world of design. She collaborates with the most influential brands such as Cassina, Moroso, B&B Italia, Kartell, and many others. You will be able to see some of her new products at our exhibition in the Holport showroom.
We will also welcome designers from the Norwegian interdisciplinary studio Snøhetta, Marius Myking and Seppe van Heusden, who have been bringing bold visions and technological innovations to the world of interior design for many years. During Designblok, they will present their latest product designed for the MDF Italia brand – the Array modular sofa.
The designers from Snøhetta will introduce themselves to the public during a panel discussion at Designblok Talks at Nová Spirál in Prague on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. The program, themed Courage, will open up a space for dialogue about the future of design and innovative living. The conversation with the designers will be moderated by David Řezníček, founder of Konsepti. More information can be found here.
In addition to our traditional exhibition at Holport, you can also find us at Superstudio at the Prague Exhibition Grounds in the Křižík Pavilions. As part of our installation, we will present the Insula collection, designed by Patricia Urquiola for the Kettal brand. VIP Lounge guests can also look forward to seeing the designer pieces from our range that we have used to furnish the space.

We will present the Insula collection, designed for Kettal by the star of this year's Designblok, Patricia Urquiola. The world-renowned designer and architect will receive an award for her lifetime achievement.
In addition to products from our guests' repertoires, you will find a whole range of new items at Holport. Our architects have designed and almost completely redesigned the existing exhibition, where you will find beautiful new pieces from brands such as Maxalto, B&B Italia, and Molteni. Many of them were presented at this year's Salone del Mobile in Milan.
Holport will not only be adorned with brand new designer furniture. The team from Lunchmeat studio will also create a pleasant and unique atmosphere, transforming our courtyard into a lively and visually impressive space for Designblok. You can look forward to their special installation called Topography of Bold Ideas.
