The design evolved from the Cone Chair, originally created in 1957 for the Kom Igen Restaurant. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Panton’s birth, Vitra and Verner Panton Design AG introduce the limited Heart Cone Chair Anniversary Edition in a two-tone blue version, where contrasting shades on the front and back highlight the chair’s expressive form. This edition is the first in a series of projects and re-editions honouring Panton’s legacy and his long-standing collaboration with Vitra.
