Dew

Inspired by a drop of water, Dew is a round ottoman that transforms the invisible lines of surface tension into a precise network of interwoven leather strips. Drawing on the perceptual techniques of 1950s optical art, designer Nendo explores the illusion of movement through a calculated interplay of lines and geometry. The result is an object that reads as both structure and surface—minimal yet complex, static yet dynamic.

Constructed from injected flame-retardant polyurethane foam with a shock-absorbent, heat-formed white plastic base. Upholstered exclusively in woven Class leather (cat. Z), available in one or two colors.
