The chair’s frame, crafted from powder-coated stainless steel, is elegantly bent into a continuous line. Despite its straight corners, the tubular structure maintains a smooth, rounded form, a feat requiring exceptional craftsmanship.
The backrest, attached at just two points, seems to float effortlessly above the seat, while the open weave pays homage to traditional weaving techniques, providing flexible yet supportive comfort. The water-repellent upholstered seat cushion is both removable and easy to maintain, ensuring durability and practicality.

Hotel Maximilian is situated on Haštalská street and was opened in 1995. With interiors previously renovated by Czech architect Eva Jiřičná in 2005, new refurbishment by London based studio Conran and Partners reflects and respects cultural and architectonal heritage of the city, referring to czech avantgarde movement Devětsil.
