Catifa 46 is the smaller sibling of Catifa 53—featuring the same sleek profile, but with a more compact scale and a casual, crisp efficiency. Designed with contract use in mind, it’s ideal for environments that demand versatility without compromising on character. In 2016, the collection was further expanded with new colors, finishes, and accessories, offering extensive customization possibilities for nearly limitless applications.
Highly adaptable, Catifa 46 is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Available in chair and stool versions, the collection offers a broad range of materials, colours, and finishes. The shell is available in single- or two-tone polypropylene, or in 3D curved wood. Upholstery options include a seat cushion, front upholstery, removable covers, or fully upholstered shells with striped stitching—in fabric, coated fabric, or leather.
The shell pairs with all base types in the collection, allowing for countless configurations: four-leg or sled bases (both stackable), wooden legs, trestle bases (with or without casters), and five-spoke bases with wheels. The chair version can also be equipped with optional armrests. The stool comes with either a sled base or a swivel trestle base.
