Originally created in 1970 for the legendary Visiona II installation at the Cologne Furniture Fair, the Amoebe chair features an organic sculptural form inspired by single-celled organisms. The Amoebe Highback version adds an extended backrest that curves above the sitter’s head, creating a sense of shelter and privacy. The new upholstery options expand the chair’s versatility while highlighting its timeless, expressive design.
