EVO-C ivory

EVO-C is a refined, uncompromising interpretation of the classic cantilever chair—reimagined entirely in plastic. Leveraging advanced gas injection moulding technology, the chair achieves the strength and rigidity traditionally associated with cantilevered tubular steel constructions. Its load-bearing structure consists of hollow, tube-like elements that flow seamlessly into the flat surfaces of the seat and backrest.

Designer Jasper Morrison sought to strip the chair down to its essentials. Made entirely from 100% recyclable polypropylene, EVO-C’s form is defined solely by the requirements of stability and comfort. The result is a sleek, minimalist design that combines the flexible springiness of tubular steel with the ergonomic comfort of a modern seat shell.
