Inspired by the pixel—the fundamental unit of a digital image—each module in the Do-Lo-Rez system is a soft cube with a square base, available in various heights. These modular units offer endless compositional freedom, turning repetition into structure and blending industrial design with artistic creativity.
Though seemingly simple, each element is technically sophisticated: firmer at the base to support a steel pin, and softer at the top for comfort. The result is a landscape of forms that can be customised to suit any space.
The modules are made from injected flame-retardant polyurethane foam and polyester fibre over a wooden frame. The base is black plywood with polypropylene feet. Each module’s cover is removable. Moroso recommends wool or felt as ideal fabrics. Custom configurations are available using standard modules.
